When I founded Big Fish in 2022, it was driven by a simple belief: the right people can change the trajectory of organizations, institutions, and ultimately, society itself.

From the very early days, Angel Fimbres Barceló has been part of that journey. Since our inaugural year, she has played an essential role in helping build our network, serve our clients, and establish Big Fish as a trusted talent partner to organizations working to strengthen civil society.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside organizations dedicated to advancing liberty, expanding opportunity, and strengthening the institutions that sustain a free society. Again and again, I’ve seen that talent is the single greatest determinant of whether an organization succeeds or falls short of its potential.

Ideas matter. Strategy matters. Resources matter. But people matter most.
